Summer CIT Application 2018 (under 18)

Camrec is seeking summer staff with a desire to enrich the lives of youth through recreation, fellowship, and worship in an outdoor setting. We offer youth programs covering grades 1 through 11 over approximately three and a half weeks.

Here is a list of different ways to get involved and a brief description of the roles:

-Lifeguard: present at all water activities to help create a safe experience (lake front, river tubing, etc.), must be certified through a nationally recognized program

-Nurse: present throughout the camp duration to administer medications, provide first aid care, etc., must at least be an RN

-Bible teachers: lead bible discussions, share stories, lead skits, etc. during daily Camp Fire and bible sessions

-Crafts leader: lead multiple craft sessions (can be creative with different ideas related to camp theme)

-Nature leader: lead multiple nature sessions

-Music leader: lead music at Morning Watch and Camp Fire every day

-Kitchen leader or helper: help to prepare all meals throughout the camp duration

-Assistant Program Director (see job description below)

-Cabin counselors (see job description below)

-Counselors In Training (see job description below)
