WMF Celebration Weekend / Annual Meeting
April 23-25, 2010
All members of WMF churches are invited to CAMREC for our celebration weekend and annual meeting. Participants will be encouraged to attend as many scheduled activities as they like, but are welcome to pursue other recreation options such as hiking, mountain biking, tennis, basketball, boating at Lake Wenatchee, etc. Some children’s activities are being planned including orienteering for Easter eggs.
Warden Mennonite Church will organize meals and there is no cost for lodging and food. We do ask that you bring your own Friday evening meal and something beautiful, tasty, creative or useful to donate for a silent auction. You can also bring musical instruments, games, and snacks or drinks to share.

Friday April 23rd (arrive after 5pm)
7:00 pm - Gathering & Welcome / Launch of Silent Auction
7:30 pm - Slide show of CAMREC
8:00 pm - Free time for fun and fellowship
Saturday April 24th
8:00 am - Breakfast
9:00 am to 10:00 am - Forest Management presentation by John Malone
10:30 to 11:30 am - Program, Natural Resources, and Maintenance Committee meetings
12:00 to 1:00 pm - Lunch
1:00 to 3:00 pm - CAMREC Board & WMF Annual Meeting
3:00 to 5:00 pm – Recreation (hike, children’s orienteering, etc.)
5:30 pm - Dinner
6:30 pm - Close of Silent Auction
7:00 pm - Games, music, free time
Sunday April 25th
Continental Breakfast
9:00 am - Worship Service
10:00 am - Brunch
