WMF Celebration Weekend / Annual Meeting, April 23 - 25
All members of Washington Mennonite Fellowship churches are invited to CAMREC for a celebration weekend and annual meeting. Participants will be encouraged to attend as many scheduled activities as they like, but are welcome to pursue other recreation options such as hiking, mountain biking, tennis, basketball, boating at Lake Wenatchee, etc. Some children’s activities are being planned including an egg hunt that will involve orienteering for older kids.
There will be no charge for meals and lodging. However, we ask that you bring your own Friday evening meal and something beautiful, tasty, creative or useful to donate for a silent auction. You can also bring musical instruments, games, and snacks or drinks to share.

1:00 to 3:00 pm - CAMREC Board & WMF Annual Meeting
3:00 to 5:00 pm – Recreation (hike, egg hunt, etc.)
5:30 pm - Dinner
6:30 pm - Close of Silent Auction

Board Transitions
After faithfully serving as WMF board secretary for over ten years, Wilma Eby will be handing over the responsibilities to Wendy Shelly. Wendy attends Warden Mennonite Church. She and her husband Robert were MCC workers in Central America before relocating to Quincy, WA to work with Latino immigrant farm workers. She is a Registered Dietician and currently provides nutrition assessment and counseling to low-income pregnant women and their infants.
Women’s Retreat, April 9 - 11
Come join the women of WMF at CAMREC on April 9-11. Our Saturday morning workshop will be “Removing Our Masks: How To Reveal Our True Selves.” We will also assemble relief kits for MCC, so please bring what items you can.

T-Shirt Design Contest
We’re looking for a new CAMREC T-shirt design that can be used for summer and winter youth camps, adult retreats, and rental groups. Send entries to camrec@nwi.net before April 21st so we can pick the winning design during our WMF celebration weekend.
