WHAT: Bring your family and friends to enjoy springtime at CAMREC and reflect on Earth Day! We invite you to re-connect with what is happening at camp, contribute to the Washington Mennonite Fellowship community plans through the WMF Annual Meeting, and care for camp during our Spring Work Weekend. As always, you are welcome to extend your stay following the weekend if you would like to enjoy the serene woods a bit longer or work on a special project. With WMF's Quilting Retreat the following week from May 1 - 4, it might even be more enticing!

WHO: All ages are welcome and the event is open to all WMF members and friends.
​
COST: Lodging is FREE and food will be donation based with a suggested amount of $20 per person (less per child depending on their age).
​
FOOD: A menu and ingredients will be provided by camp for 4 meals starting with Saturday breakfast and ending with Sunday breakfast. All participants are encouraged to take a turn helping prepare meals, setting up for them, and cleaning up after them. A sign up sheet will be provided on-site. If anyone in your group has any dietary needs, please make note of them on the registration form.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
Friday Afternoon / Evening:
- Arrive / get settled in any time
- Explore the grounds, take a walk, connect with other participants
- Bring your own evening meal
- Relax by the fire, get out your favorite games, get some music going
Saturday
7:15 -- Meditation at Morning Watch (Optional)
8:00 -- Breakfast
9:00 -- Jump in on some maintenance/cleaning projects - (Board will meet in chapel)
12:00 -- During lunch, local friends & community partners will share about recent collaborations & projects at CAMREC.
1:30 -- Continue cleanup & maintenance projects
4:00 -- 5:00 WMF Annual Meeting
6:00 -- Dinner
7:30 -- Games / social time
Sunday
8:00 -- Breakfast
9:30 -- Devotional
Rest of morning: go on a hike, soak in spring time
11:00 - 4:00 -- Earth Day Fair in Leavenworth
** You are welcome to stay into the afternoon or more nights but there are no more planned group meals or activities unless group projects are coordinated by interested volunteers**
