Cost: $160 per child* + $100 per family member (child 0-2 free)
This weekend offers early-elementary campers and their family members an opportunity to become familiar with the CAMREC summer camp experience.
Campers get to sleep in cabins with other campers and a counselor while having the peace of mind that their family members are nearby. Family members follow a separate but complementary schedule, which allows both for collaboration on activities as well as down time to rejuvenate.
Children may register alone or with a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc.
Siblings of campers are also welcome to attend and join in on the activities however, the program is tailored for Pre-Junior age children. Siblings not attending as campers are under the supervision of the parent/guardian.

*Cost discounts:
- A $15 Early Bird discount is available for registrations submitted by April 1st.
- A $15 Bring a Friend discount is available to returning campers who bring a friend who has never before attended Camp CAMREC and who does not attend a Washington Mennonite Fellowship (WMF) member church.
- A $15 First Timer discount for those coming to Camp CAMREC for the first time.
- Financial Assistance is available if cost is a barrier to you. If you are unable to cover all or part of the cost please request the scholarship information as directed on the registration form.
What to bring to camp:
- Bible, flashlight, water bottle, sun screen, bug repellent, etc.
- Sleeping bag & pillow, towels, soap, etc.
- Old clothes, sturdy shoes, jacket, swimsuit (one-piece), rain gear.
- (note: swimwear and other clothing must be suitably modest)
What NOT to bring to camp:
- Electronic gear (phones, audio players, games, etc.)
- Weapons (fireworks, knives, etc.)
- Candy, other snack foods
