Facilities Manager
Camp CAMREC is looking for a self-starter with broad maintenance/mechanic skills and a passion to further the mission of our camp through facilities and grounds maintenance with a focus on safety and care for the natural environment. We are offering a flexible, year-round, full-time position with housing provided. We have two houses for our staff and their immediate family, if applicable. One is for our Camp Director and another is for our Facilities Manager. If you have a family, they can find good schools and employment opportunities 12 miles away in the Bavarian themed tourist town of Leavenworth or 4 miles away in Plain.

Summer Program Volunteer
Timeframe: July 2026
Below is a list of different ways to get involved and a brief description of the roles:
Medic: present throughout the camp duration to administer medications, provide first aid care, etc., must a certified medical professional.
Kitchen leader or helper: help to prepare all meals throughout the camp duration
Lifeguard: present at all water activities to help create a safe experience (lake front, river tubing, etc.), must be certified through a nationally recognized program
Pastor: lead Bible discussions, share stories, lead skits, etc. during daily Camp Fire and bible sessions
Crafts leader: lead multiple craft sessions (can be creative with different ideas related to camp theme)
Nature leader: lead multiple nature sessions

CAMREC is seeking summer staff with a desire to enrich the lives of youth through recreation, fellowship, and worship in an outdoor setting. We offer youth programs covering grades 1 through 12 over approximately four weeks of summer camp.

We need graphic designers, photogaphers, and writers to publicize our events. We need folks with tech support, business, legal, building, equipment, and environmental knowledge. We need musicians, artists, and storytellers. We need folks to sit on committees, plan programs, lead retreats, and recruit volunteers…
